- How can you help me tell my life story?
Creating your story is a fun, revered, and magic process that we work through together. After purchasing your package of choice, you will receive an email with details on how to access your private user dashboard. From your dashboard, you will have access to your story-creation portal, support from our team, writing tips and tricks, and instructions on the process.
Here, you will find a series of questions that you can answer in your own time. Once you have submitted your answers along with photographs of your life, the rest is up to us! Our team will carefully curate your answers and photographs into chronological order, and collate them into your digital and hardcover books. We will then allow you to review the final product before printing and delivering your books to your door and email for you and those closest to you to enjoy.

Absolutely! We want to ensure you love your product before it is shipped to your door. After we create your story, we will send you a preview before printing to allow you any final adjustments or changes to achieve perfection.

- How long do I have to complete my project before it expires?
We understand a legacy project is a process that requires time and patience. For this reason, there is no time-limit on when you need to complete this project by. Simply save your writing as you go and continue to log in and write or edit as you choose. Once you have finished writing and editing to your liking, hit submit, and our team will look after the rest!Â
- Can I apply multiple discounts or promotions to one order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow the stacking of discounts. Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order.

Both before purchasing your product and inside your user dashboard, you will be given prompts on recommended length of responses depending on the product you have bought. Your word count is only limited by the product you have purchased and number of pages available. If you find you are writing more than expected and would like to upgrade at any time, please feel free to reach out to our team and they will help. We recommend keeping the text concise for better readability and to fit into your desired product. If there are any issues with word length, we will contact you to either upgrade your product.
